The Transport is a heavy mechanical naval unit and one of the civilian units which is acquired after researching Naval Transportation Logistics and completing the Naval Transportation Logistics project. These units are not built in the same manner as other units. Instead, whenever a land unit moves onto a water tile, it is automatically converted into a transport unit. Transports only have 1 
power, regardless of the original land unit, making them very easy to destroy. Transports are not listed in the workshop as an available unit or as a chassis, which means that they can never be upgraded with weapons, armor, or devices.
