Tanks are heavy mechanical land units. They have above average base 
power while maintaining average 
and ability to use roads to boost movement (unlike Mechs). Similarly to all mechanical units they receive a +25% power bonus when stationed on plains and receive a -25% power penalty when stationed on Mountains or in Forests.
